The Role: HSE Executive

We are seeking an HSE Executive to implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental protocols across our data center construction site in Neom, Tabūk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role demands a proactive approach to risk management, ensuring compliance with local and international safety standards, and coordinating with project teams to maintain a safe working environment. The position requires 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and standards in line with company and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance.
Monitor contractor and subcontractor activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions.
Deliver HSE inductions and training sessions for site personnel and visitors.
Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, incidents, and training.
Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies for permits, inspections, and compliance matters.
Support the development of Emergency Response Plans and ensure readiness across the site.
Promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness among all stakeholders.
Assist in preparing monthly HSE reports and dashboards for internal and client review.

Qualifications and Experience

NEBOSH IGC or equivalent certification is mandatory.
Prior experience working in KSA and familiarity with Saudi safety regulations is highly desirable.
A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a relevant HSE role, preferably within construction or data center environments.
