At SLS The Red Sea, we are excited to invite a skilled HVAC Technician to become part of our engineering team in the pre-opening phase. As SLS Hotels unveils a luxurious resort in the heart of The Red Sea, we are dedicated to providing a comfortable and vibrant experience for all our guests.

About the Role:
As an HVAC Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems to ensure optimal guest comfort throughout our hotel. Your expertise will be vital in keeping our systems running smoothly and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and scheduled preventive maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose and repair faults across various systems including chillers, VRF/VRV systems, and split units.
• Clean, calibrate, and replace air filters while ensuring proper system balance and refrigerant levels.
• Respond to urgent service requests to restore temperature control and air quality.
• Adjust system controls to optimize guest comfort and energy efficiency.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized services and office renovations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and assist with sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
• Technical certification in HVAC systems; EPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and their mechanical/electrical interactions.
• Capability to interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Excellent troubleshooting and teamwork skills.
