The Role of AI Administrator

The AI Administrator will be responsible for the implementation, ongoing maintenance, and optimization of AI models, automation scripts, and digital customer assistants, including the Sealy AI Assistant. This full-time role in Jeddah, Makkah Province, serves as a bridge between data architecture, IT infrastructure (such as the Odoo ERP environment), and daily business applications across various departments including production, sales, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain local AI models, machine learning pipelines, and predictive analytics tools for demand forecasting and inventory tracking.
• Manage and enhance the conversational algorithms of Sealy's Automated Assistant to improve product matching for customers.
• Collaborate with the internal IT team to integrate AI-generated analytics, automated data entries, and reporting dashboards directly into the company's core ERP software.
• Ensure master data integrity, maintaining secure and clean pipelines for machine learning training loops.
• Monitor system response latency, log errors, generate performance reports, and escalate foundational code issues to external technical partners.
• Develop technical documentation and user guides to assist non-technical department heads in leveraging AI productivity tools.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in AI administration or a similar field.

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah Province, within the Sealy Mattress Middle East operations. The role involves working closely with IT and various business departments to integrate AI and automation solutions.
