About Nashar Trading and the Role

Nashar Trading is seeking a dedicated Area Sales Manager for the Western Region of Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, and focuses on leading sales operations across Jeddah, Makkah, Taif, and Al Baha. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all sales channels within these territories, excluding Key Accounts.

Role Purpose

The Area Sales Manager will drive sales and distribution targets, ensuring strong market execution and fostering growth opportunities. This role involves developing and leading a sales team, managing diverse sales channels, and implementing strategic Route-to-Market (RTM) projects to enhance market coverage and sales efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and distribution targets across all assigned territories.
• Lead and develop the sales team to ensure effective market execution.
• Manage all sales channels, including traditional trade, wholesale, retail outlets, and sub-distributors.
• Support and drive Route-to-Market (RTM) projects to improve market coverage, customer reach, and sales efficiency.
• Strengthen customer relationships and identify growth opportunities within the region.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze performance data, and identify business improvement opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of FMCG sales management experience.
• Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities and commercial acumen.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
• Experience in sales channel management and Route-to-Market (RTM) projects is preferred.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia, covering the cities of Jeddah, Makkah, Taif, and Al Baha.
