About the Role

Richemont is seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in retail, preferably within the luxury sector. The Assistant Boutique Manager will support the Boutique Manager in all aspects of daily, monthly, and periodic business operations, learning activities, and CRM initiatives, ensuring operational excellence and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee boutique operations, ensuring adherence to compliance and guidelines, and managing product rotation and stock takes according to Richemont processes.
  • Monitor stock replenishments, active order requests, and after-sales service cases, providing support for timepiece maintenance and after-sales service communication.
  • Ensure compliance with financial controls, cash registry procedures, and relevant legal, fiscal, and customs regulations.
  • Contribute to achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets and Boutique KPIs, and collaborate on developing strategic plans with the Boutique Manager.
  • Maintain an excellent boutique environment and client experience, from welcoming to servicing, and assist in implementing visual merchandising and CRM activities.
  • Support the management and development of the boutique team, ensuring proactive behavior, adherence to company policy, and providing coaching and training.
  • Participate in sales reporting and the definition of action plans, including confirmed sales, activations, and improvement proposals.
  • Drive service excellence and relationship building with customers, ensuring attention to VIP and prospect databases for sales and marketing activities, and handling client complaints effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of related experience in Retail.
  • Previous experience in the luxury sector is preferred.
  • A strong background in developing and managing customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Previous experience and strong involvement in boutique operations.

  • Impeccable written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic.

  • Ability to travel internationally when required.
  • Existing high VIC/VVIC client network in the GCC.
  • A strong understanding of the luxury retail market, including fashion, watchmaking, and jewelry brands, market trends, and news.
  • Exceptional sales skills and expertise in client relationship development.
  • Ability to manage multiple demands and prioritize effectively while maintaining attention to detail.

Boutique Environment

This role is based in a Richemont boutique in Jeddah. The position is full-time and requires active participation in team management and client interaction to ensure a high-quality luxury retail experience.
