About the Role

Four Points is seeking an Assistant Training Manager to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time role involves supporting the identification and development of employee and organizational training needs to achieve business results. The position focuses on ensuring effective training programs are in place across various topics, including product knowledge, company philosophy, customer service, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and inform employees about all available training programs.
• Demonstrate leadership in guest hospitality, customer service, and fostering a positive atmosphere for guest relations.
• Assist employees in identifying specific behaviors that contribute to service excellence.
• Ensure employees receive ongoing training to understand guest expectations.
• Utilize effective training methods to ensure employees comprehend and can demonstrate guest satisfaction skills.
• Meet regularly with the training cadre to support training efforts.
• Observe employee service behaviors and provide feedback to individuals and/or managers.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to assist in conducting needs assessments, designing, and developing training programs.
• Experience in facilitating the delivery of both custom and corporate training programs.
• Capability to measure the effectiveness of training to ensure a return on investment.
• Monitor enrollment and attendance in training classes.
• Meet regularly with participants to assess progress and address concerns.
• Partner with operational leaders to assess if employees demonstrate effective technical and leadership skills.
• Review comment cards, guest satisfaction results, and other data to identify areas for improvement.
• Measure the transfer of learning from training courses to operational practice.
• Ensure adult learning principles are incorporated into training programs.
