About Chalhoub Group and the Opportunity

Chalhoub Group, a partner and creator of luxury experiences in the Middle East for over seven decades, is seeking an Associate Visual Merchandising professional. The Group has curated a portfolio of over 10 owned brands and strengthened its distribution and marketing expertise for over 400 international names across luxury fashion, beauty, jewellery, watches, eyewear, and art de vivre categories. This full-time position is based in Makkah, with operations covering Jeddah and Makkah, and is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Role Summary

The Associate Visual Merchandising professional is responsible for the organization and deployment of high-quality visual merchandising strategies across retail stores. This role also involves providing coaching to store-based Visual Merchandisers, where applicable, and ensuring consistent adherence to established visual standards.

Key Responsibilities

Implement high-quality visual merchandising strategies and presentations in alignment with seasonal event calendars and brand guidelines.
Coach and build strong relationships with in-store VM teams (if applicable) and frontline teams to support display maintenance.
Measure the impact of merchandising activities on plans and submit weekly reports to the regional team or VM Manager (if applicable), including photographs, comments, and sales impact measurements.
Follow and implement brand seasonal visual merchandising guidelines.
Assist in preparing and inviting in-store VM teams to brand training events and workshops.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience in visual merchandising or a related field.
