About the Boutique Manager Role

Trafalgar Luxury Group is seeking a Boutique Manager to lead and inspire a team in a luxury jewelry environment in Makkah. This full-time position is central to delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving business objectives, ensuring the boutique upholds the brand's high standards and prestige. The role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily boutique operations, ensuring compliance with brand standards across client experience, hygiene, merchandising, and security protocols.
  • Lead by example to achieve sales targets, team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and client retention goals, directly contributing to the boutique’s profitability.
  • Monitor daily financial operations, including sales reconciliation, cash management, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and communicate weekly and monthly sales reports, team performance updates, and market insights to the Area or Brand Manager.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Train, coach, and develop team members on clienteling practices, comprehensive product knowledge (including gemstones and materials), effective selling techniques, and brand storytelling.
  • Organize staff rosters, manage attendance and leave requests, and ensure adequate floor coverage during peak business hours.
  • Foster a boutique culture grounded in luxury service, integrity, and collaborative teamwork.

Operational and Inventory Management

  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained to reflect the luxury image and seasonal brand direction.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels, implement robust inventory controls, and manage product transfers.
  • Coordinate effectively with back-office and supply chain teams to ensure optimal stock availability.

Client Experience and Service

  • Deliver world-class luxury service by cultivating close relationships with VIP clients and ensuring all team members provide an elevated and personalized experience.
  • Manage client appointments, exclusive events, and after-sales service with meticulous attention to detail, confidentiality, and care.
  • Handle client feedback and concerns with discretion, elegance, and a solution-oriented approach.

Candidate Profile and Experience

The ideal candidate for this role will embody elegance, discretion, and possess deep knowledge of fine jewelry. This position requires upholding the highest level of professionalism and commitment to boutique excellence. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a luxury retail management role is required.
