About the Business Development Specialist Role

This full-time position involves expanding the company's market presence by identifying growth sectors, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue. The role requires bridging financial objectives with creative execution. The position is based in Jeddah and Makkah.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the MENA region, with a focus on high-growth sectors.
• Develop and manage a B2B client pipeline from inception through to successful closure.
• Create data-driven pitch decks and proposals aligned with client objectives to enhance conversion rates.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with local and international companies to ensure profitability and secure long-term deals.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with universities, government entities, and private organizations to increase brand visibility.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine product positioning and identify emerging trends.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure promotional campaigns and event concepts support business development objectives.

Professional Experience and Education

Candidates should possess:

• A proven track record in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the creative or luxury industries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, encompassing written and verbal communication.
