About Rentokil Initial and the Role

Rentokil Boecker Saudi Arabia is seeking a Part-Time Call Center Agent to join its team in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This hybrid position is exclusively open to Saudi Nationals. The role focuses on managing customer interactions across various communication channels to ensure a high standard of service.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Call Center Agent is responsible for being the primary point of contact for customer inquiries. This involves handling communications received via telephone, the company website, live chat, WhatsApp, and email. The core objective is to provide timely responses and maintain an exceptional customer experience throughout all interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and effectively manage customer inquiries across all designated communication channels.
• Accurately log all customer inquiries and prospective client details into the ICABS system.
• Allocate prospects to the appropriate Sales Consultant within each branch.
• Immediately notify the assigned consultant of new prospects via email and WhatsApp.
• Conduct follow-ups on all inquiries within 24 hours to confirm the status of customer engagement, including visits, surveys, quotes, or conversion into a sale.
• Escalate any identified delays or missed actions to the Branch Manager (BM) and Area Sales Manager (ASM).
• Maintain precise records and consistently ensure excellent customer service standards.

Working Hours

This part-time position requires a commitment of 4 hours per day, 6 days per week. The working schedule will involve split shifts.
