The Hostess Role

The Hostess position at Shangri-La Jeddah is a full-time role focused on creating a positive dining experience for guests within the Food & Beverage outlets. This role involves more than standard greeting and serving duties; it requires adherence to Shangri-La Standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant for service operations.
• Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure timely service delivery to guests.
• Process billing accurately and post transactions as required.
• Adhere to Shangri-La Food Safety Processes and Procedures.
• Support colleagues in the successful operation of the F&B outlet.
• Assist the supervisor in maintaining smooth meal operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated commitment to guest satisfaction and creating positive guest experiences.
• Experience level: 0-1 years.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Jeddah, within the Shangri-La Hotel environment, which includes four restaurants and lounges, such as the Shang Palace.
