About the Role

UR SUPPORT is seeking a highly organized and professional CEO Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support. This full-time position is based in the Makkah region, specifically in Jeddah and Makkah.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, appointments, and schedules.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls professionally.
  • Receive and assist visitors, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare, draft, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing emails and official communications.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to coordinate executive travel, external meetings, and occasional after-hours business requirements when necessary.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business communication tools.
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role is required.
  • Experience within a creative, advertising, marketing, media, or communications agency environment is preferred.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position located in the Makkah region, serving the cities of Jeddah and Makkah.
