Finecure is seeking a highly skilled Collections Manager to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah. This is a full-time, on-site position designed for a professional with 5-10 years of experience in collections management. The role is central to leading and optimizing collections operations across assigned portfolios, ensuring efficient recovery while upholding customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize collections operations across assigned portfolios.
• Oversee daily collection activities, including setting strategies, allocating accounts, and monitoring performance.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and internal company policies.
• Analyze portfolio trends and utilize data and analytics to refine recovery tactics.
• Collaborate with technology, operations, and compliance teams to enhance collection workflows and tools.
• Coach and mentor collection staff, fostering a high-performance and customer-centric approach.
• Resolve escalated customer cases, balancing recovery targets with relationship protection.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement, reporting, and governance to support sustainable portfolio health.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in collections management or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead and optimize collections operations, including strategy development and performance monitoring.
• Strong analytical skills for portfolio trend analysis and data-driven decision making.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing collection staff.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
