Community & Startups Coordinator

About the Role

Eram Talent is seeking a Community & Startups Coordinator to support founders and startups participating in an accelerator program. This full-time position is based in Makkah, with work locations in Jeddah and Makkah. The role focuses on founder engagement, community building, and event coordination to ensure a positive experience throughout the program.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate founder onboarding, communications, and ongoing support.
• Build strong relationships with founders and startup communities.
• Organize community activities, workshops, meetups, and networking events.
• Coordinate event logistics, including venues, registrations, catering, and transportation.
• Maintain startup records, CRM data, attendance, and engagement reports.
• Collect feedback and support continuous improvement of the accelerator program.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Events teams.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience to effectively manage the responsibilities outlined for this role.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position with Eram Talent, primarily located in the Makkah region, specifically covering activities in Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves working closely with various internal teams and external startup communities.
