The Role: Data Entry Clerk

AmCan International Group is seeking a dedicated Data Entry Clerk to join its team. This full-time position, based in Makkah, is essential for maintaining accurate operational data and providing critical support to the Operations and Supply Chain teams. The role requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience in a similar capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and update sales, inventory, delivery, and operational data accurately into the system and Excel sheets.
Prepare and maintain daily and weekly Excel reports.
Follow up with drivers regarding deliveries, collection schedules, and required documents.
Coordinate and follow up with the warehouse team concerning order preparation, dispatch, delivery status, and stock-related updates.
Maintain accurate records and ensure all documents are properly filed.
Support the Operations and Supply Chain team with general administrative and reporting tasks.

Required Experience and Qualifications

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Excel.
Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail in data management.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position located in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, supporting operations across both Jeddah and Makkah. The role is integral to the smooth functioning of the company's distribution and supply chain activities.
