Role Overview: Dive Centre Technician

Eram Talent is seeking a Dive Centre Technician for a contract position in the Makkah region, specifically in Jeddah or Makkah. This role involves technical support within dive centre operations, focusing on the maintenance and operational readiness of diving equipment. The technician will contribute to ensuring smooth diving activities and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, inspect, and maintain diving equipment to ensure operational readiness.
Provide operational support for dive centre activities.
Manage compressors and cylinders, including inventory.
Support various dive operations, potentially including marine research, conservation, coral restoration, or vessel-based diving.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in dive centre operations, professional diving, scientific diving, marine operations, or a similar technical role.
Demonstrated experience in diving equipment preparation, inspection, maintenance, and operational support.
Experience with compressors, cylinders, inventory management, and dive operations is preferred.
Experience supporting marine research, conservation, coral restoration, or vessel-based diving operations is advantageous.
Relevant technical, marine, diving, or vocational qualification, or equivalent professional experience.
Professional diving qualification, preferably Divemaster or above.
Recognized first-aid, CPR, and oxygen administration qualifications.
Equipment servicing, compressor operation, gas blending, technical diving, or scientific diving qualifications are advantageous.
Valid diving medical where participation in diving activities is required.

Work Type and Location

This is a contract position based in the Makkah region, with opportunities in Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires an individual with 2-5 years of experience in the specified fields.
