About the Role

Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors – Official JLR Retailer in KSA is seeking a Fleet Sales Supervisor to join its team in Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role is responsible for leading and supporting the fleet sales team to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets across the corporate, government, and rental segments. The successful candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant experience, focusing on developing strong client relationships, managing key accounts, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities

The Fleet Sales Supervisor will oversee various aspects of fleet sales operations, from team leadership and business development to account management and operational coordination. This role requires a proactive approach to market opportunities and a commitment to achieving sales objectives. Core responsibilities include:

  • Supervising, coaching, and motivating fleet sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Driving fleet sales growth by identifying new business opportunities in corporate, government, and institutional sectors.
  • Managing strategic fleet accounts to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Liaising with internal teams (inventory, logistics, finance, aftersales) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client support.
  • Tracking and analyzing sales performance metrics, preparing reports, and providing insights for strategy improvement.

Team Leadership and Development

A primary focus of this role is to foster a high-performing sales team. The supervisor will be responsible for guiding team members and ensuring their continuous development.

  • Supervise, coach, and motivate fleet sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Set clear performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.

Sales and Account Management

The supervisor will actively contribute to sales growth and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Drive fleet sales growth by identifying new business opportunities in corporate, government, and institutional sectors.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with key accounts and high-value clients.
  • Oversee the preparation of proposals, tenders, and quotations.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads and conversion of opportunities into sales.
  • Manage strategic fleet accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve escalations, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Coordinate with aftersales and service teams to support client needs.

Operational Coordination and Performance Monitoring

This role involves ensuring smooth operational workflows and diligent performance tracking to optimize sales strategies and efficiency.

  • Liaise with inventory, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Monitor stock availability and align sales efforts with inventory levels.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and credit procedures.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including volume, margins, and pipeline activity.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales forecasts, achievements, and market trends.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and efficiency.

Candidate Profile and Working Environment

The ideal candidate is results-driven, customer-focused, and capable of balancing strategic account management with hands-on team leadership. They should be proactive in identifying opportunities and resilient in a competitive sales environment. Additionally, the supervisor will stay updated on competitor activities, pricing, and market trends, identifying customer needs and recommending product or service improvements. The role is primarily office-based but requires frequent client visits and may involve travel for client meetings, tenders, and business development.
