About the Role

Role Overview

The Food and Beverage Seller will be responsible for direct customer interaction, sales, and maintaining the operational flow of the food and beverage section. This role requires attention to detail in managing inventory and processing transactions accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to sell food and beverages.
• Provide customers with accurate information regarding food and beverage products and their respective prices.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and maintain overall store orderliness.
• Issue purchase orders for necessary products and manage the receiving of incoming goods.
• Process customer payments efficiently and accurately.
• Handle customer requests for product exchanges and returns in accordance with established company policy.

Operational Duties

This role involves a combination of sales and operational tasks. The seller will be expected to manage inventory, including placing orders and handling deliveries, while also ensuring the sales floor is well-maintained and presentable. Accurate transaction processing and adherence to return policies are critical components of this position.
