About the Role

Albaik Food Systems Co. is seeking an experienced Food Quality Control professional to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience and is crucial for maintaining the company's high standards across its Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations.

Role Overview

The primary objective of this role is to ensure stringent food safety and quality compliance throughout Albaik Food Systems Co.'s restaurant network. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting field audits, providing essential support to restaurant teams through coaching and training, and upholding all regulatory food safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and support restaurant teams on the company’s food safety systems, quality standards, and operational procedures.
• Conduct regular food safety and quality audits across various restaurant locations.
• Monitor compliance with company standards and regulatory food safety requirements.
• Implement and maintain Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and food safety documentation.
• Monitor product quality throughout receiving, storage, preparation, and service operations.
• Conduct food safety risk assessments covering biological, chemical, and physical hazards.
• Investigate customer complaints and food safety incidents, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess 5-10 years of professional experience in food quality control or a closely related field. A strong understanding of food safety regulations, quality assurance principles, and experience within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) sector are essential for this position.
