About the Role

Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy is seeking a General Manager to oversee its properties in Jeddah. This full-time position requires a strategic leader responsible for the overall performance and direction of the hotels under their management, ensuring coordinated efforts across teams to deliver exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities

The General Manager will be accountable for the strategic direction and overall performance of the hotels. This includes:

• Overseeing and directing operations, service, logistics, financial performance, sales and marketing, and revenue management activities.
• Ensuring the achievement of quality improvements as agreed by the Executive Committee.
• Ensuring adherence to hotel policy and procedures across all departments.
• Managing project completion rates.

Performance Objectives

Performance will be measured against key objectives in several areas:

• Customer Satisfaction: Measured by online customer survey rankings and STR objectives.
• People Management: Ensuring employees receive necessary development and training, maintaining high service levels and guest experience, implementing succession planning, achieving local employee empowerment targets, and managing employee turnover within tolerance.
• Financial Performance: Achieving EBITDA objectives, revenue growth, organic business growth, and managing capital expenditure against budget.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• A Bachelor's degree or Higher Diploma.

Compensation and Work Details

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah. The gross monthly salary ranges from SAR 40,000 to SAR 45,000, which includes allowances for housing, transport, and a mobile phone.
