About Lenzo Experiences and the Role

Lenzo Experiences is seeking a Head of Event Production to transform ambitious creative concepts into safe, buildable, and commercially controlled event experiences. This full-time senior position reports directly to the Managing Director and is based in Jeddah, Makkah region, with required site work and travel across Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

The Head of Event Production will be responsible for the entire production lifecycle, from initial feasibility and technical planning through to fabrication, supplier management, budget control, logistics, site delivery, and project closeout. This role ensures the successful execution of diverse event experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting technical feasibility reviews, site surveys, production methodologies, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and master schedules.
• Managing production budgets, supplier sourcing, cost tracking, variation control, and margin protection.
• Overseeing fabrication, AV, staging, lighting, power, rigging, temporary structures, and specialist suppliers.
• Coordinating logistics, installation, live-event readiness, dismantling, and project closeout.
• Implementing quality gates, production risk controls, HSE coordination, and delivery recovery.
• Leading production supervisors, project teams, site crews, and external partners.
• Ensuring cross-functional coordination with Creative, Account Management, and project owners.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in events, exhibitions, experiential, or live production.
• At least five years of experience leading complex production delivery, site teams, or subcontractors.
• Demonstrated delivery of complex builds involving multiple suppliers and technical packages.
• Strong capability in BOQ, estimating, procurement, scheduling, and budget control.
• Practical technical knowledge across fabrication and live-event production disciplines.
• Saudi or GCC event-production experience and supplier knowledge are strongly preferred.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time role based in Jeddah, requiring frequent travel and on-site presence across Saudi Arabia, including potential evening or weekend work. Compensation for this position will be discussed privately with qualified candidates.
