About the HRIS Trainee Role

Johnson Controls Arabia is seeking an HRIS Trainee for an internship opportunity in Jeddah. This role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, providing foundational exposure to HRIS operations and general administrative support within the organization.

Role Overview

The HRIS Trainee performs a variety of basic clerical duties essential for supporting the organization's daily operations. The individual will contribute to maintaining administrative efficiency and data integrity, working within established frameworks and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Maintaining and filing documents accurately.
Distributing mail efficiently within the organization.
Inputting data into relevant systems.
Delivering output according to broad frameworks or standards, with occasional impact on the job area.
Obtaining and providing information primarily to internal stakeholders.
Following clear instructions, procedures, and processes consistently.

Qualifications and Requirements

High School Graduate or possess related experience.
0-1 years of experience required.
Ability to deliver output according to specific operational targets when necessary.
Capable of explaining facts, practices, or policies to internal colleagues infrequently.
Aptitude for correcting or resolving issues in existing systems and processes with guidance from established norms or authority.
Familiarity with problems and issues generally falling within a single job area or discipline, with well-defined scope.
Possession of specialized knowledge in specific commercial, technical, trades, or office operations areas.

Work Environment and Scope

This is an individual contributor role with no direct responsibility for leading others. The application of knowledge is primarily domestic, limited to locations within a country or neighboring countries with similar cultural contexts.
