Avian International is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah. This is a full-time position focused on managing HR operations across three companies, establishing clear processes, and providing support to both management and employees.

Role Overview

The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, government platform management, payroll coordination, employee relations, and HR compliance. The role requires an organized professional capable of working independently, managing multiple priorities, and maintaining separate records for each company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes, including interviews, job offers, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave balances.
• Oversee relevant processes on government platforms such as Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, and Muqeem.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits, and employee changes with the Finance department.
• Prepare and maintain HR policies, job descriptions, and internal procedures.
• Handle employee inquiries and personnel matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Coordinate performance reviews and maintain performance documentation.
• Monitor employment documentation, renewal dates, and compliance requirements.
• Provide management with regular reports on staffing, recruitment, and outstanding HR matters.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, organized HR professional who can take ownership of HR operations. This role requires the ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities effectively while ensuring meticulous record-keeping for multiple entities.

Compensation

The salary for this full-time position ranges from SAR 5,000 to SAR 6,000.
