About the ICQA Researcher Role

Amazon is seeking an ICQA Researcher to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time position focuses on in-depth research and analysis of inventory adjustments and transactions to support operational improvements and defect investigations.

Role Overview

As an ICQA Researcher, you will be responsible for conducting detailed, high-quality research into all inventory adjustments and transactions. You will collaborate closely with the operations team, providing essential data support for improvement initiatives and investigating the root causes of operational defects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, lead by example in key performance areas including safety and quality, and develop subject matter expertise across all operational processes within their assigned site.

Key Responsibilities

Developing data collection processes and data management systems.
Maintaining data integrity with a target of 0% error rate.
Designing queries, compiling data, and generating reports using MS Access and Excel.
Creating charts and graphs from data for reporting purposes.
Conducting in-depth research into defect trends.
Performing data collection and entry as required.
Engaging in data mining and problem-solving activities.

Required Attributes

Successful candidates will exhibit a strong sense of ownership and the ability to lead by example. Developing deep subject matter expertise on all operations processes within the assigned site is crucial for this role.
