Role Overview: IT Data Analyst

Nexttec Technology Outsourcing is seeking an IT Data Analyst to join its team in Makkah, specifically covering Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves analyzing and interpreting complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions and strategies. The analyst will work closely with clients to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights to enhance business performance. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and analytical requirements.
• Partner with data engineers and IT teams to ensure data availability and integrity.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Utilize statistical methods and tools to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and provide data-driven solutions.
• Gather data from various internal and external sources, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for business decision-making across various domains (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, etc.).
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Monitor data quality and consistency, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Analyze the performance of business metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
• Document analytical methodologies, data sources, and report specifications.
• Leverage AI-powered capabilities within Microsoft Fabric and Power BI (*, Copilot) to accelerate data exploration, insight generation, and report development.
• Stay updated on advancements in data analytics, visualization tools, and industry best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience as an IT Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and visualization tools, particularly Power BI.
• Experience with statistical methods and data preparation techniques.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Understanding of data governance and compliance principles.
