About SWAT Co. and the Role

SWAT Co. is seeking a Junior Accountant to join its Finance Team in Jeddah, Makkah. This is a full-time position designed for a motivated Saudi National looking to begin a career in finance. The role involves supporting various accounting functions and contributing to the financial operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable entries.
• Handle expense tracking, bank reconciliations, and financial records.
• Assist with VAT preparation, reporting, and compliance.
• Support tax-related documentation and requirements.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining records required for ZATCA compliance.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
• Maintain proper filing of financial records and supporting documents.
• Provide support during audits and internal financial reviews.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should be Saudi Nationals with 0-1 years of experience in accounting or a related field. A foundational understanding of accounting principles and financial processes is expected.
