About the Role
Marine Equipment & Services is seeking a Key Accounts Manager B2B to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves managing and developing strategic business relationships with key corporate clients across the marine, shipping, offshore, port, defense, and industrial sectors. The role focuses on driving sales growth, fostering long-term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent service delivery for marine equipment and related services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with existing key accounts and corporate clients.
- Identify new B2B sales opportunities within the marine, shipping, offshore, port, and government sectors.
- Promote and sell marine equipment and related services.
- Prepare quotations and proposals.
- Follow up on inquiries, RFQs, purchase orders, deliveries, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including procurement, logistics, finance, and technical teams, to ensure smooth order execution.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contract conditions with clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Ensure timely collection of payments in coordination with the finance department.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, quotations, and opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and support the company’s overall business development strategy.
- Represent the company professionally in client meetings, site visits, exhibitions, and industry events.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, key account management, or business development.
- Experience in marine equipment, ship supply, offshore, port services, logistics, or industrial supplies is preferred.
Required Skills
- Ability to understand technical products and communicate solutions to clients effectively.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in preparing professional quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Strong follow-up skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- A valid driving license is preferred.
Work Location
This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
