About the Role

Faisal A Siddiqui Law Firm is seeking a Lawyer to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah. This is a full-time, on-site position. The successful candidate will provide legal advice and representation to clients on various legal matters within Saudi Arabia.

Role Context

The Lawyer will be responsible for advising clients on matters related to entity setup, investment licensing, governance, compliance, and labor law. This role requires a professional who can manage client needs effectively and ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents.
• Preparing legal opinions and memoranda.
• Conducting legal research on relevant laws and regulations.
• Meeting with clients to understand their specific legal needs.
• Advising clients on potential legal risks.
• Supporting negotiations on behalf of clients.
• Coordinating with regulatory authorities as required.
• Assisting in maintaining accurate and organized case files.
• Collaborating with colleagues on complex legal matters.
• Contributing to the firm's internal knowledge base and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of legal experience.
• Demonstrated experience in entity setup, investment licensing, governance, compliance, and labor law in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian legal frameworks.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, Makkah. The role involves working directly with clients and collaborating with a professional legal team.
