This full-time Senior Manual QA Tester role is based in Jeddah or Makkah.

Role Purpose

The Senior Manual QA Tester is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of CREALOGIX software products. This involves executing manual testing across desktop and mobile platforms, applying established software testing methodologies and best practices. The role requires close collaboration with development and QA teams to identify, document, and resolve defects prior to product release.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute detailed manual test cases for desktop and mobile applications to verify functional and non-functional requirements.
• Report, track, and facilitate the resolution of defects in collaboration with the development team.
• Design and develop comprehensive test cases, including edge cases and potential failure points, in conjunction with QA Analysts.
• Contribute to the creation and refinement of test plans and strategies.
• Maintain quality assurance standards across the software development lifecycle and identify process or product improvements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in manual testing, specifically for web and mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of both QA and software development lifecycles, with the ability to integrate testing processes effectively.
• Proficiency in English (at least B2 level) for clear documentation of test cases, defects, and reports.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and various Test Management tools for documenting and managing testing activities.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to identify and address potential issues.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving, capable of managing ad-hoc requests and multiple deadlines.
• Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively within a team environment.

Desired Skills

• Familiarity with automation testing tools such as Selenium and Appium.
• Basic understanding of JavaScript for collaboration with development teams or automation scripts.
• Experience with IDEs like IntelliJ or Eclipse.
• Experience in functional analysis and test case design.
• Interest in staying updated with QA and software development trends, including learning new tools and technologies.
