About the Market Manager Role

***** Group, a leading global travel service provider founded in 1999, is seeking a Market Manager for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. This full-time position will be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities extending to Makkah. The Accommodation team at ***** is focused on driving growth and success in the global accommodation business. As a Market Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding and managing our hotel partner portfolio, enhancing inventory coverage, and delivering value to customers in the MEA region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute business strategies to achieve growth targets and expand inventory coverage for hotel partners in Saudi Arabia.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and business development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to develop destinations, including organizing destination workshops and attending exhibitions.
  • Manage the end-to-end process for new hotel acquisitions and existing hotel account management.
  • Identify high-potential prospect partners, lead the contracting process, focusing on both the quality and quantity of new property signings.
  • Maintain and enhance existing partnerships, monitor performance, provide ongoing support, and grow revenue from the existing portfolio.
  • Adopt a customer-centric approach, ensuring hotel content, rates, availability, and products align with company objectives and standards, offering optimal value to ***** customers.
  • Collaborate with operations and other cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of business initiatives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on business performance, challenges, and proposed solutions.
  • Undertake other assigned tasks based on business needs.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of expertise in sales, business development, or revenue/yield management within the online travel, hospitality, or e-commerce industry.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.

Essential Skills and Attributes

  • Demonstrated proactivity and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player with a "get it done" attitude.
  • Detail-oriented with fast learning capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Work Environment and Location
