About the Marketing Manager Role

Abdul Latif Jameel is seeking a Marketing Manager to join the team in Makkah, with operations also covering Jeddah. This full-time role focuses on member acquisition and enhancing the platform's market presence. The initial phase of acquisition will leverage ALJ-owned channels rather than paid media, requiring a focus on converting existing warm audiences of Saudi micro-business owners into registered, paying members.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute acquisition campaigns across ALJ-owned channels and the existing MSME contact base.
Manage the conversion process from initial contact to paid subscription, including messaging, landing journeys, offers, and follow-up.
Develop the platform's Arabic-first marketing content and brand voice, ensuring consistency with established brand guidelines.
Measure and report on acquisition and conversion performance, providing recommendations for future investment.
Coordinate launch communications for pilot milestones and the public launch.
Build an evidence base for future paid acquisition strategies, including channel tests and cost-per-acquisition benchmarks.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required.
The ideal candidate will possess an analytical mindset to interpret financial data and relate it to business trends and issues.
Ability to communicate insights and discoveries effectively to company leadership.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities extending to Jeddah. The role involves working within a global organization that values diversity and international collaboration.
