About the Role: Medical Representative

Jamjoom Pharma is seeking a dedicated Medical Representative to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time role involves promoting and selling the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within an assigned territory. The Medical Representative will focus on increasing product awareness through scientific engagement and achieving sales objectives while upholding company policies and ethical standards.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to drive sales growth and market penetration for Jamjoom Pharma's product portfolio. This involves strategic engagement with healthcare professionals to ensure scientific understanding and adoption of products, contributing directly to the company's commercial success in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
• Promote assigned products through scientific detailing and product presentations.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Execute territory plans to maximize business opportunities and market coverage.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback, providing regular updates to management.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of field activities using the company's CRM system.
• Organize and participate in medical meetings, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of assigned products, disease areas, and relevant market developments.
• Adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and industry ethical standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Dentistry, or a related Life Sciences field.
• Previous experience as a Medical Representative within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in one or more therapeutic areas such as Ophthalmology, Primary Care, Dermatology, CNS, Cardiovascular, Diabetes, Gastroenterology, or other specialty areas is preferred.

Essential Requirements

Candidates must possess a valid Saudi driving license and demonstrate a willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet the demands of the role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time field-based position primarily operating within Jeddah. The role requires regular interaction with healthcare professionals and adherence to a structured territory management plan.
