The Merchandiser Role

We are seeking a dedicated Merchandiser to join our full-time team. This role is central to ensuring our products are optimally displayed and maintained on retail floors, contributing directly to our brand image and sales performance within supermarkets. The successful candidate will take pride in the visual appeal and organization of product shelves.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute shelf stacking and product arrangement in strict adherence to planogram guidelines within supermarket environments.
• Ensure consistent and accurate product display, maintaining high standards of visual merchandising.
• Monitor and manage product presentation to maximize visibility and appeal on the retail floor.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Demonstrated experience within the food and confectionery sector.
• Proven hands-on experience in shelf stacking, ensuring planogram compliance, and effective product display in supermarkets.
• Established working relationships with supermarkets in the Jeddah and Makkah regions.
• A strong sense of commitment, reliability, and ownership in all aspects of work.

Location and Employment Type

This is a full-time position. The role requires field presence across Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia, supporting our operations in these key cities.
