About the Role

RiDiK is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Solution Architect to join our team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Jeddah and Makkah, offering the opportunity to contribute to significant projects within a growing company. The ideal candidate will be proactive, committed to continuous learning, and adept at working collaboratively.

Core Responsibilities: ERP Solution Architecture

The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing comprehensive end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP architectures. This includes defining solutions for Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management), Procurement, and HCM. The role involves creating functional and technical designs that align with business objectives, developing solution blueprints, establishing architectural standards, and outlining implementation roadmaps.

Program Leadership and Delivery Oversight

This position requires leading ERP transformation programs and guiding solution delivery teams. The Solution Architect will provide architectural oversight throughout all implementation phases, including design, build, testing, and deployment. Ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles and governance frameworks is a key aspect of this responsibility.

Business Process Transformation and Optimization

Collaboration with business stakeholders is essential for redesigning and optimizing finance and procurement processes. The role involves recommending Oracle Cloud ERP best practices and standardization, with a focus on driving the adoption of out-of-the-box capabilities to minimize the need for customizations. This includes monitoring ERP system performance and identifying opportunities for improvement and cost optimization.

Integration and Data Strategy

Defining integration strategies using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and APIs is a critical function. The Solution Architect will design data migration strategies, establish reconciliation processes, and develop data governance frameworks. Ensuring seamless integration with both Oracle and non-Oracle systems, such as CRM, HRMS, and legacy systems, is also a key deliverable.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in Oracle Cloud ERP solution architecture. The ability to act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions, and lead architecture workshops and solution reviews is expected. Experience in defining integration strategies and data migration approaches is also required.
