Med Market Agency is seeking a Photographer to join its dedicated in-house production team. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role is central to translating strategic creative concepts into visually compelling, high-quality assets that drive clients' commercial success and 360-degree marketing campaigns.

The Role of Photographer

This is a highly technical, commercial production position, distinct from standard entry-level event photography roles. The ideal candidate will possess dual expertise in still photography and high-end cinematography. The Photographer will act as a strategic visual partner, seamlessly transitioning between capturing high-resolution photography and operating complex cinema cameras to deliver world-class assets for integrated agency campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end photography and videography shoots, adapting to diverse environments from controlled studio settings to dynamic on-location commercial projects.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain a wide array of professional photography and high-end cinema cameras to capture premium visual content for digital and broadcast platforms.
• Implement advanced lighting techniques using professional gear to achieve the precise mood, aesthetic, and composition required by the creative strategy.
• Collaborate directly with art directors, cinematographers, and high-profile corporate clients to ensure visual outputs perfectly align with the intended brand narrative and creative vision.
• Utilize industry-standard stabilization equipment to capture dynamic, smooth action shots and complex motion sequences under tight production deadlines.
• Oversee on-set audio recording using multi-track recorders to ensure pristine sound quality for all video productions.
• Edit, color-grade, and retouch visual assets in post-production, ensuring all deliverables meet the agency's strict quality standards before final client presentation.

Required Skills and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in photography and high-end cinematography, demonstrating technical proficiency.
• Proven ability to operate, calibrate, and maintain professional photography and cinema cameras.
• Expertise in advanced lighting techniques and professional lighting equipment.
• Familiarity with industry-standard stabilization equipment.
• Experience with on-set audio recording using multi-track recorders.
• Proficiency in post-production processes including editing, color-grading, and retouching visual assets.
• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively with creative teams and corporate clients.
• Ability to multitask effectively and manage time to consistently meet tight project deadlines.
