Receptionist

About the Role

United Motors Group is seeking a Receptionist to join our team in Jeddah. This full-time role is essential for ensuring a smooth and courteous experience for customers visiting our sales drive. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact, responsible for greeting clients and facilitating their interaction with the sales team.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to efficiently manage customer arrivals, particularly those with appointments, by obtaining necessary information and directing them to the appropriate sales consultant. This contributes to reducing wait times and enhancing the overall customer experience within the sales area.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet all customers entering the sales area with a professional attitude.
• Answer customer questions or direct them to the appropriate person or location.
• Welcome clients upon their arrival in the sales area.
• Determine the nature of each client's visit.
• Escort customers to the relevant department or area.
• Provide showroom personnel with information regarding client needs and expectations to support high-level service delivery.
• Offer administrative support to staff as needed.
• Maintain and stock client refreshments and waiting areas.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to obtain appropriate information from customers and vehicles efficiently.
• Demonstrated courteous and professional demeanor.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, focusing on direct customer interaction within a sales environment. The role requires a proactive approach to managing customer flow and supporting the sales team.
