About the Opportunity

Kinetic Business Solutions is recruiting a Sales Manager for a Pharmaceutical company. This full-time position is based in the company's Jeddah office, serving the Makkah region, including cities such as Jeddah and Makkah.

Role Purpose

The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and executing sales strategies for assigned pharmaceutical products. This role focuses on driving team performance, achieving revenue targets, and contributing to market growth within the specified region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute sales strategies for assigned pharmaceutical products.
• Drive sales team performance and ensure the achievement of revenue targets.
• Develop and implement marketing plans, product positioning, and promotional activities.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to support informed business decisions.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and business performance reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree is considered an advantage.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in Jeddah.
• Must possess specialty care experience (*, Oncology, Endocrinology, Immunosuppressants, Hematology).
• Prior experience as a Sales Manager in KSA is essential.
• Demonstrated team management experience is a mandatory requirement.
