About the Security Delivery Lead (SOC) Role

This full-time position is based in Jeddah. As a Security Delivery Lead, you will function as a subject matter expert, collaborating with various teams to make key decisions and oversee the delivery of security governance. This role involves shaping security strategies, implementing solutions, and ensuring alignment with enterprise policies to safeguard the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Govern the delivery of Managed Security Services across Security Operations Center (SOC) and Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) functions.
• Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and contractual obligations.
• Serve as the primary governance liaison between client leadership and delivery teams.
• Lead service reviews, manage escalations, and facilitate governance forums.
• Oversee risks, issues, and performance at a service level, distinct from operational tasks.
• Ensure compliance with established policies, controls, and regulatory standards.
• Drive initiatives for service improvement and maturity.

Role Context and Governance
