About the Role

BotMind Technologies is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the development of its insurance AI Assistant Platform. This full-time position is based in Riyadh. The role involves hands-on implementation and close collaboration with the AI Lead to define the platform's engineering direction.

These solutions include AI assistant platforms that provide natural language access to policy information, claims data, underwriting guidelines, and operational knowledge. The technology combines state-of-the-art large language models with company-specific data through Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) to enhance insurer productivity, expedite claims and underwriting processes, and improve customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize the Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline.
• Lead prompt engineering and model evaluation efforts.
• Develop and maintain APIs for AI services.
• Orchestrate AI workflows across the platform.
• Support deployment and ensure production readiness.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Strong Python development skills.
• Experience with LangChain and/or LlamaIndex.
• Hands-on experience with vector databases.
• Proven experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into production systems.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
