The Role of Senior Business Development Associate

Tamer Services Company is seeking a Senior Business Development Associate for its Workforce Solutions team. This full-time role is based in Jeddah or Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and requires approximately 3-6 years of experience in a services-based industry. The ideal candidate will have a background in talent services, recruitment, executive search, PEO/EOR, or business process outsourcing.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline to generate new business opportunities.
Drive revenue across all service areas offered by the company.
Support the development of new service concepts.
Form strategic partnerships and expand the partner network to enhance service offerings.
Actively contribute to building proposals, pricing structures, and commercial presentations.

Qualifications and Experience

Approximately 3-6 years of experience in a services-based industry, preferably in talent services or similar service-oriented sectors.
Proven ability to build and manage sales pipelines and drive revenue.
Strong understanding of business models and financial logic, with the ability to interpret numbers.
Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, and leverage a professional network.

Required Skills

Excellent communication, presentation, and representation skills.
Self-managed and highly self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
Strong reporting discipline and clear communication with management, clients, and internal teams.
