About the Opportunity

Mattex Group is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist Trainee to join our Human Resources team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This internship position is offered through the Tamheer Program, providing a valuable opportunity for individuals with 0-1 years of experience to gain practical exposure to HR operations within a professional environment.

Role Purpose and Learning Experience

The selected trainee will support daily HR activities and acquire hands-on experience across various HR functions. This includes practical learning in HR operations, employee records management, HR systems, onboarding processes, and general HR administration, contributing to the overall efficiency of the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Support employee onboarding and off-boarding processes.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in preparing HR letters, certificates, and various employee documents.
• Support activities related to attendance, leave management, and employee data management.
• Assist with HR documentation, filing, and record keeping.
• Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related requests and inquiries.
• Support HR compliance and administrative activities.
• Assist with other HR operations tasks as assigned by the team.

Candidate Profile

This role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, ideally seeking an entry-level position or an internship to commence their career in Human Resources. Candidates should be motivated to learn and contribute to a dynamic HR environment.
