About Bupa Arabia and the Tamheer Internship

Bupa Arabia is seeking a Tamheer intern for PR Projects to join its team in Jeddah. This internship is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are looking to gain practical experience within a professional environment. The role focuses on providing essential operational, analytical, and coordination support to the department.

Role Overview and Objectives

The primary objective of this internship is to contribute to the efficient execution of department objectives by enhancing manager effectiveness and ensuring robust operational processes. The intern will play a key role in maintaining accurate documentation and facilitating the timely follow-up of various deliverables across projects.

Key Responsibilities

Support the project initiation phase, including planning, scheduling, preparing meeting minutes, tracking actions, and managing documentation.
Contribute to process management by assessing, validating, and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process maps, and governance documents.
Coordinate cross-functional project follow-ups with Provider Relations and other internal teams.
Prepare progress reports, including weekly dashboards, milestone tracking, and status updates.
Assist in risk management activities, maintaining risk registers, and tracking mitigation plans.
Liaise with compliance, governance, and risk stakeholders to facilitate required assessments and reporting.
Monitor action items related to internal audits, compliance reviews, and governance requirements.
Aid in documenting controls, policies, procedures, and compliance evidence.
Follow up on risk mitigation actions and ensure the timely closure of assigned activities.
