About the Role

Jobskey Consultancy is seeking a Technical Sales Executive to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time position focuses on driving retail sales growth within assigned territories in Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing dealer and distributor relationships, engaging with contractors, and expanding market presence in specific product segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing retail dealers and distributors.
• Identify and appoint new distributors and retail outlets within designated territories.
• Enhance product visibility through strategic marketing and merchandising efforts.
• Conduct meetings with contractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities to increase market penetration.
• Provide product training to dealer and retail teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and gather customer feedback.
• Support daily sales operations and ensure territory development.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in retail sales, specifically within the building materials or construction industry.
• Proven experience in business development and distributor management.
• A solid understanding of waterproofing, flooring, marble, or similar product lines.
• A valid driving license is mandatory.
• Openness to extensive travel, up to 90% of the time.

Essential Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Effective relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic language will be considered an advantage.

Work Context

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah. The role requires significant travel within assigned territories to manage sales activities and develop business relationships. The company operates within the retail sales sector, focusing on technical product segments.
