The Role: Warehouse Coordinator

Indra Group is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join its Logistics team in Saudi Arabia. This role is integral to coordinating daily logistics activities, ensuring accurate asset traceability, and supporting compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements. The position demands solid experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and comprehensive asset management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse operations, inventory control, and asset management activities, maintaining accurate records of project assets, tools, equipment, and materials.
• Coordinate the receipt, storage, issuance, and traceability of materials and spare parts.
• Support logistics activities, including deliveries, shipments, and transportation coordination.
• Coordinate procurement logistics and follow up material deliveries with suppliers.
• Manage asset allocation, transfers, and handover of company equipment.
• Monitor stock levels and identify replenishment requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, HSE requirements, and warehouse best practices.
• Support audits and maintain accurate documentation related to project assets and logistics.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of environmental requirements, ensuring proper handling, storage, and disposal of materials and waste, and maintaining environmental records for compliance and audits.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience of 2-5 years in warehouse operations, inventory control, and asset management.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate daily logistics activities effectively.
• Understanding of HSE and environmental compliance requirements within a warehouse setting.
