At Coty, we are pioneering innovation in the beauty industry. As a Trade Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in executing trade marketing initiatives for our Color category in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of trade marketing plans in line with global strategies.
• Assist in implementing activation plans across various channels to drive visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with the Trade Marketing Manager and sales teams to translate brand initiatives into effective activations.
• Execute promotional campaigns and track performance metrics.
• Analyze shopper insights to support category growth.
• Ensure strong in-store execution and coordinate with distributors for timely executions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in trade marketing or sales, preferably in FMCG or beauty.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
