We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused salesperson to join our retail team in Jeddah. This role is essential in driving in-store sales, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting daily store operations to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers proactively to identify needs and present products.
- Meet individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
- Provide outstanding customer service by handling inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to support effective selling.
- Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Support merchandising and visual presentation standards.
- Assist with inventory activities and stock counts.
- Participate in store meetings and training sessions.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to support promotions and events.
- Adhere to company policies and health and safety guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
- Legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering a positive shopping experience.
- Proficiency in cash-handling and comfortable using POS systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Team player with a cooperative mindset.
- Attention to detail, punctuality, and reliable attendance.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Arabic and basic English communication preferred.
