About the Role:
The Public Relations Officer will manage day-to-day media relations activities, including drafting, reviewing, and distributing press releases, statements, and news updates about the company’s programs and achievements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with journalists, media outlets, and strategic partners.
Support the development and execution of public relations campaigns.
Prepare communication materials in English and Arabic when needed.
Ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Monitor media coverage and prepare reports.
Support event-related PR activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to align PR efforts with organizational objectives.

Qualifications:

Strong Public Relations and Media Relations skills.
Proficiency in developing and handling Press Releases and related PR materials.
Excellent Communication and Strategic Communications skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Strong writing and editing abilities; fluency in English is required, Arabic preferred.
Experience in education, training, or related service sectors is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Work Environment:
Ability to work on-site in Jeddah, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a Public Relations Officer to enhance and build up customer relations, deal and liaise with local government officers & authorities as they affect the employees of Almarai in the region. This role is vital for providing excellent customer service by establishing and maintaining cordial & professional relationships with colleagues & local officials, and implementing comprehensive public relation awareness programs to internal and external customers.

Candidate Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, marketing, or any related field
• 1-2 years of experience in public relations or administration within a large organization
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
• Strong communication & influencing skills, with a persuasive customer service focus
• A positive attitude and a team player mindset

الهدف من الوظيفة

تنفيذ عمليات الاستلام والتخزين والصرف والتجهيز داخل المستودع المركزي لجملة الاواني المنزلية خصوصا المنتجات الزجاجية وفق تعليمات مدير المستودع مع ضمان دقة الكميات سلامة المناولة تحديث حركة المخزون على النظام تجهيز طلبات الفروع والعملاء في الوقت المحدد وتقليل اخطاء الصرف والكسر والهدر

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

· استلام شحنات الكونتينرات والمشاركة في تفريغ البضائع وفق اجراءات مناولة امنة للمواد القابلة للكسر

· مطابقة الكميات والاصناف مع اوامر الشراء والفواتير وقوائم التعبئة حسب التوجيهات المعتمدة

· فحص الكراتين والطبالي واكتشاف التلف او الكسر او النقص وعزل المتضرر وابلاغ مدير المستودع فورا

· تسجيل البضائع المستلمة على النظام او Excel حسب الاجراء المعتمد

· تكويد الاصناف وترتيبها في المواقع المحددة داخل المستودع

· الالتزام بمواقع التخزين المحددة وعدم نقل الاصناف او تغيير مواقعها الا بموافقة المسؤول المباشر

· ترتيب المنتجات الزجاجية وفق معايير الرص الامن ومنع الضغط او التكديس الخاطئ

· المحافظة على نظافة وتنظيم منطقة العمل والممرات ومناطق التخزين

· تجهيز طلبات الفروع حسب اوامر الصرف المعتمدة

· تجهيز طلبات عملاء الجملة او الاونلاين بدقة عالية حسب الفاتورة او امر البيع

· تدقيق الاصناف والكميات قبل التسليم او التحميل

· تطبيق معايير التغليف المناسبة للمنتجات القابلة للكسر قبل الشحن

· تحميل وتجهيز البضائع مع فريق المستودع وفق تعليمات السلامة والنقل الامن

· توثيق حركة الصرف والتحويل بين المستودع والفروع على النظام او Excel

· تحديث حركات المخزون اليومية حسب الصلاحيات الممنوحة

· المشاركة في الجرد الدوري والمفاجئ والسنوي حسب توجيهات مدير المستودع

· رفع اي فروقات او اصناف غير مطابقة او تلفيات للمسؤول المباشر

· مراقبة الاصناف سريعة الحركة داخل نطاق العمل وابلاغ المدير عند قرب النفاد

· الالتزام بزمن تجهيز الطلبات حسب الاولويات المحددة من مدير المستودع

· اعداد او تسليم بيانات يومية عن الاعمال المنجزة عند الطلب مثل الاستلام التجهيز التالف العجز والطلبات المتاخرة

· الالتزام بتعليمات السلامة داخل المستودع خصوصا اثناء المناولة والتحميل والتفريغ

المتطلبات والمهارات المطلوبة

· خبرة سابقة في اعمال المستودعات او المخزون او التوزيع

· يفضل وجود خبرة في مستودعات الجملة او المنتجات متعددة الاصناف

· يفضل وجود خبرة في التعامل مع المنتجات القابلة للكسر مثل الزجاج والسيراميك والاواني المنزلية

· معرفة بانظمة ادارة المخزون (ERP / WMS)

· اجادة استخدام Excel بشكل عملي في الادخال والمتابعة

· دقة في الجرد ومطابقة البيانات

· سرعة في تجهيز الطلبات تحت ضغط العمل

· الالتزام بالترتيب والنظافة وسلامة التخزين
