About the Role

Alwedad Charity is seeking a qualified System Analyst to join their team. This full-time position is based in the Makkah Region, with potential work locations in Makkah and Jeddah. The role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in system analysis and IT Service Management.

Role Overview

The System Analyst will be responsible for analyzing existing systems, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing effective solutions. A key aspect of this role involves leveraging expertise in IT Service Management to enhance service delivery and align IT operations with the organization's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze systems to identify issues and propose practical solutions.
• Gather and analyze user requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications.
• Contribute to the enhancement of user experience and satisfaction with IT services.
• Develop and maintain IT service management processes in alignment with strategic goals.
• Participate in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
• Engage in governance, risk management, and compliance activities related to IT systems.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate with the relevant work teams.
• Develop and update the Service Catalog to accurately reflect available IT services.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional experience in system analysis and IT Service Management.
• Proven experience in analyzing requirements and effectively interacting with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in managing IT services.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position. The role is based in the Makkah Region, with opportunities to work in either Makkah or Jeddah.
