Technical Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Assistant to support project coordination, system testing, platform administration, and technical operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with project teams, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery and continuous improvement of digital platforms and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the execution of technical projects and ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to facilitate efficient project delivery.

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.

• Prepare project progress reports and track operational risks and challenges.

• Manage and follow up on tasks using project management tools and systems.

• Create and execute test cases and testing scenarios.

• Perform system testing, document defects, and coordinate issue resolution with development teams.

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and verify system readiness before deployment.

• Manage and monitor administrative dashboards for digital platforms and systems.

• Maintain system configurations, user accounts, and access permissions.

• Generate reports and analytics from dashboards and support data analysis activities.
