Damas Jewellery is a prominent jewellery retailer committed to delivering exceptional products and customer experiences. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in Ha'il, Saudi Arabia.

The Role

The Assistant Manager will be instrumental in overseeing the daily operations of the store, driving sales performance, and ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service. This full-time position requires strong leadership, effective inventory management, and a consistent focus on achieving store goals while maintaining a positive and productive work environment. The role also involves supporting the Store Manager and assuming responsibilities in their absence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate the store team to meet established sales targets and provide top-notch customer service.
• Manage inventory efficiently, ensuring optimal stock levels, accurate record-keeping, and timely restocking procedures.
• Oversee cash management processes, prepare daily financial reports, and manage store budgets effectively.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Maintain the store's appearance and ensure strict compliance with all safety and operational standards.
• Ensure all security standards, including those related to CCTV and security alarms, are consistently met and maintained.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the Store Manager's responsibilities and effectively take over duties in their absence.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 1 years of experience in a retail management or assistant management role, preferably within the luxury retail or jewellery sector.
• Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record in staff management, training, and motivation.
• Proficiency in inventory management, cash handling, and budget oversight.
• A strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve issues effectively and ensure customer satisfaction.

This position is based in Ha'il, Saudi Arabia.
